The Travelling Book Club Book Swap Event – an opportunity for connection, community and meeting fellow book lovers. A small intimate group with bags of chance to chat, share book reviews and recommendations and go home with some new books whilst clearing out some of your favourites that you’d love other people to read and enjoy as much as you did.

What should you expect from a Travelling Book Club Book Swap Event?

Your ticket includes an hour and a half in The Snug (think shoes off, cosy, comfy, chilled vibes) where you will meet other book lovers who have at least one book to share with you. You will also be offered a brew and a cake. It also includes the opportunity to come together to discuss and share pre-loved books we enjoyed in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

The idea is that you bring along with you up to 5 books that you have read and enjoyed and would like to pass on to someone else, and swap them for books that other people at the event have brought with them and recommend. We can have some time to share short reviews of the book/s you have brought, collect them all together and then do swaps.

So grab a spot, save the date and start thinking about which books (or book, you can just bring one book to swap if you wish to) you would like to share with The Travelling Book Club community.
